What does coming soon mean?
We believe in small batch production, because it results in less waste. If an item is listed as “coming soon” it means we’ve either sold out and will be restocking very soon or are just finishing up production.
What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Not a problem! You can change or cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase if you have not received shipping confirmation yet.
How do I know what size will fit me?
We’ve created very specific size charts for all our items. These charts show you how to measure yourself and the measurements of the actual garment. Please refer to the size guide and if you have any questions feel free to email us at email@example.com.
How soon will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders will be shipped within two business days of your purchase. It might take up to 24 hours for tracking to be updated after you receive shipping confirmation. We ship orders Monday through Friday, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
How do I check my order status?
You will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation within 48 hours of placing your order. You can follow your order’s progress using the tracking information provided.
What do I do if my order is lost or damaged?
If your item arrives damaged send us an email and we will send you a new item with free shipping. If your order has been lost please contact us right away. If an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Where does Vacation ship to?
At the moment, we can only ship within the U.S., but we’re working on it!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will happily accept return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Initial shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable, return shipping is free. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process.
We offer exchanges within 14 days of your order delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide online exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, your initial order will be processed as a return, then you will be able purchase the desired item as a new transaction. We will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
Since we only make small runs of each item, sometimes we might run out of the item in the size or color you want. Don’t worry though we are always doing our best to make more products, so if there’s a specific item you would like to purchase just reach out and we can try to give you a better idea of when it will be back in stock.
